hunter's game the graveyard You wake up in an unfamiliar cabin. At first, it almost seems like you're in an entirely different place and that everything had been just a dream. The interior of the cabin looks nothing like the run-down, old-timey shacks that you had been living in before. Everything in here is sleek and modern, from the enormous flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to the fridge and mini-bars stocked with all your favorite foods. There aren't any individual rooms in here, just a common area large enough to house everyone comfortably, no matter how many more people join you...and there will be plenty more people joining you before the week is over. Because if you look outside the window, it quickly becomes clear that not only are you still in Prayer's Pass, but that you are no longer among the realm of the living. Judging from the tombstones directly outside, you're now in what had been the abandoned broken-down cabin in the graveyard. The cabin's not all that changed; the world outside has gone completely grey and everything you see appears to be faded and blurry. The only things that remain sharp and in color are what's inside the cabin, including your fellow ghosts. Occasionally, people who are still alive may enter, but it's clear that what they're seeing is completely different from what you're seeing. The door's unlocked; however, a mysterious force prevents you from stepping beyond the threshold, no matter how hard you may try. After all, this cabin is a cage for the dead - a gilded one, perhaps, but a cage nonetheless. On the flat-screen TV plays everything that is currently happening in the town. It will shut off once night starts...and something else will appear instead. (The graveyard so far)

If they don't attempt to solve the puzzle today I hope they just lynch her and get this over with.

If the wolves could talk about it maybe we could catch some sort of trick in the wording, or something. [Lithuania shrugs.] Do we have any idea of what they're supposed to do?

They have to win, they need everyone to die and they aren't allowed to tell us why.

I had a guess, but I still think my guess is childish.

What is it?

W-well, it has to be something important enough that we [prey] can't be told, right? So it would have to be something that would change the situation even for us. And something that would make people like Mr. Wayne kill even though everyone who knew him said he never would, right? Something beyond just being threatened, then, I think. So I thought--maybe they could bring people back, or something like that.

Near the end I was a little desperate for hope, though, so maybe I was just reaching.

Maybe.... I suppose anything is possible. But we're not going to find out until they do something.

[She's really starting to hate having no power here.]

We'll just have to be patient. [Lithuania ran himself in circles during the game lamenting his powerlessness, he's super zen now.]

I suppose we do.

....Do you want to help me make some food? I was thinking if we made some proper Lithuanian, Ukrainian and Polish food we might even get Poland to eat properly.

At least its told them they don't have anymore clues to wait for. It's frustrating enough as it is without them thinking we can do any more for them.

He still seems to think he'll be able to do something even knowing that we haven't any more clues to send. He's going to be sorely disappointed once he arrives and finds out the true state of affairs here. [making a vague gesture toward all of the empty bottles and broken glass...]

Oh but he thinks he can save us remember. Somehow. Despite having no evidence to back this theory up.

He thinks we're all damsels in distress, apparently. It's quite insulting. [MAKES A FACE] If the thought of this stupid mess being dragged out a day longer didn't make me feel ill, I'd hope he gets himself killed tonight. ...But then we would have to deal with him on this side for god knows how long.

Right? God, he was the last of that group who would actually lift a finger to end this rubbish and put us all out of our days-long misery. Unless someone can get their act together we're going to be here for another three days waiting for these dolts to keel over.

[he makes a face at that though. DAMN YOU SHARON... AND BEAT FOR DYING. AND JOSHUA FOR BEING RIGHT] Give it to Joshua. I lost the bet as well.

I apologise for everything... once Abstain didn't work, should have thrown in the towel then and there...

Might be one thing Wolves can do, but has even odds would just make Critter kill us all. At least would spite the thing though.

You needn't apologize, it's not like you knew this would happen. If I knew I would have put forth more effort into catching Sharon first, but I was concerned about your special role since I couldn't be entirely certain that you were speaking the truth. [A SIGH. he takes back what he said about underestimation being his biggest mistake, letting Sharon live and bumble around totally was...]

Either way, are meant to keep lips tight on Wolf motivation whilst we're here. Revealing is a forfeit or... something... all the rules were in woods, can't check from here.

but his expression brightens a little at that.] Oh! My, that is something to consider, isn't it? Someone ought to let that slip if this charade carries on after trial today. Perhaps we'll be able to stop the game from this side after all.

Ah, thanks for reminding me! I'm surprised Beat hasn't shown up here yet though, you'd think he of all people would have enough spirit to linger around.

Anyway, he'll show up eventually. Noisy children don't bow out without a fuss and someone needs to punch him for going along with that abstention plan as well.
