hunter's game the graveyard You wake up in an unfamiliar cabin. At first, it almost seems like you're in an entirely different place and that everything had been just a dream. The interior of the cabin looks nothing like the run-down, old-timey shacks that you had been living in before. Everything in here is sleek and modern, from the enormous flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to the fridge and mini-bars stocked with all your favorite foods. There aren't any individual rooms in here, just a common area large enough to house everyone comfortably, no matter how many more people join you...and there will be plenty more people joining you before the week is over. Because if you look outside the window, it quickly becomes clear that not only are you still in Prayer's Pass, but that you are no longer among the realm of the living. Judging from the tombstones directly outside, you're now in what had been the abandoned broken-down cabin in the graveyard. The cabin's not all that changed; the world outside has gone completely grey and everything you see appears to be faded and blurry. The only things that remain sharp and in color are what's inside the cabin, including your fellow ghosts. Occasionally, people who are still alive may enter, but it's clear that what they're seeing is completely different from what you're seeing. The door's unlocked; however, a mysterious force prevents you from stepping beyond the threshold, no matter how hard you may try. After all, this cabin is a cage for the dead - a gilded one, perhaps, but a cage nonetheless. On the flat-screen TV plays everything that is currently happening in the town. It will shut off once night starts...and something else will appear instead.

[And Critter will pop up once again in the morning.]

Wow, I think that's the first day so far that none of the hunters have died! Heehee, let's see if you guys can keep it up! Probably not, though. Remember, all the special rules are still in effect!

[The last thing Rapunzel expected to do was wake up, honestly. Seriously, anyone would expect so when they had been tossed into a giant cauldron!

Maybe she really didn't die? Maybe it was all a dream?

Where was this place?]

[um. Rapunzel, hon, it's day seven...]

...Are lots of us here, yes?

[Freshly dead isn't always the most logical state to be in!]

[She looks around with really no way to fully comprehend or dispute what she's seeing. Who knew the afterlife would look like this?

The one thing that does particularly grab her attention is the TV showing images of people still in the town. She will go towards it curiously.]

So. . .this is. . .

[She isn't sure how to phrase what "this" really is. This realm? This situation they are in? She's leaving a blank for anyone else to fill.]

[She turns suddenly, her glow flickering quite a bit, when she hears Rapunzel's voice.]

You never told anyone anything, did you!

[So, the Bloodhound's dead.]

[She throws one of the snacks she's munching on at Rapunzel's head.]

We could've worked together, you know. Why didn't you go with the 'confess your role' plan?

[Flinches even if the snack simply bounced off.]

I know now that sounds like a weak argument and I'm sorry I learned of what you were when it was too late.

[Oh... It's the girl who was kind to her. Arya feels a twinge of guilt.]

For a moment she looks happy to see her walking around and well even if she is dead.]

[Poland just sort of shoots her a withering look.

He hadn't spoken to Rapunzel before. Ever really. But he'd seen her at trials and then later on the television. He couldn't help but notice how beautiful her hair had been when he was alive. He'd wanted to braid it so badly...

Poland eyes his arm. This was just bad timing.]

Oh you have got to be kidding me.

[ For a moment Akane wakes up and thinks she was healed last night, because she woke up and she's --

And seeing dead people. ]

Some kind of afterlife then? Prayer's Pass really is a strange place.

[ She gets up and tries to walk around, testing her strength, which is fine. She's dead, not sick. ]

[Well. After her confrontation with Rapunzel and reunion with Akane, Knaaya returns to every ghost's favorite pastime of reality television; she's focusing for now on the trophy room. And she's worried about what she sees there.]

Both hunters and prey are saying now that Kyouko would have been the best candidate for conversion...

Think they'll kill another innocent?

She is a good candidate. She's smart — she could catch them. I'd pick her, if I was a hunter.

[Poland's pretty pleased. The hunter's seem to have gotten things together at the very least, this was looking promising from his side.
So he has no qualms about choosing to focus on whether Lithuania, or Ukraine, or really any nation got the message he sacrificed his hand to try and send.]

He looks awful. [It's probably best that his hand didn't end up literally in the church... Lithuania might have just snapped completely.]
