prayer's pass museum

The Prayer's Pass museum is a small, single-room wooden building. Inside, it's old and dusty, as though it has been some time since anyone has set foot inside. Admission is free, although there is a small ticket box at the front suggesting donations.

The wall is lined with framed old drawings, photographs, and writings, with wooden plaques beside many of them. On the ground are some tables where you can view, through a glass case, some of the museum exhibits.

There is also quite a large collection of 19th century equipment; some of it are clearly mere replicas, but some of what is housed inside protective cases looks as though it could be original.

In the back of a museum is a small gift shop selling t-shirts. It doesn't look as though anyone is working here right now.

Mmm... I dunno Liet, this place is kinda dated. [Not old. Poland's old.]

Like. I donated two dollars to this museum and I'm pretty sure I could have bought it for that.

I'm sure it'll be fine. [Really they lived without modern plumbing longer than they've lived with it. But Lithuania wouldn't really want to go back, either.] It can't be that dated.

They seem pretty hung up on dated stuff if you ask me.

I dunno I heard about it in passing and this sounded more fun than paperwork.

But I mean anything is more fun than paperwork.

America thinks aliens are involved. [Which is silly, of course.]

[SIGH.] Aliens aren't really involved. They obviously died of starvation or something like that. [Gesturing vaguely to the museum pieces.]

...I suppose it would be nicer than what really probably happened to her.

One small step for man, one giant leap backwards for moon fashion.

[That gets a smile, at least.] I don't think the clothes are all that bad.

You wouldn't.

[Rolling his eyes even more deliberately.] My clothes are classic. I don't need to buy new ones every other week like you.

You only brought like. One other outfit with you aside from pajamas didn't you.

I brought more than one outfit! [Huff!]

Yes. [He has two other sets aside from what he's wearing okay. He doesn't expect to be away that long.] I suppose you brought half your closet?

I can't fit half my shoes into a single suitcase, get real Liet.

Did you only bring one? [Lithuania sounds legitimately surprised.]

Yeah. I was gonna bring a few more but you weren't around to carry them so.

But I'm like a master packer I totally have all the essentials.

[The suitcase is packed to the bursting point.]
