graveyard part five

hunter's game the graveyard

You wake up in an unfamiliar cabin.

At first, it almost seems like you're in an entirely different place and that everything had been just a dream. The interior of the cabin looks nothing like the run-down, old-timey shacks that you had been living in before. Everything in here is sleek and modern, from the enormous flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to the fridge and mini-bars stocked with all your favorite foods. There aren't any individual rooms in here, just a common area large enough to house everyone comfortably, no matter how many more people join you...and there will be plenty more people joining you before the week is over.

Because if you look outside the window, it quickly becomes clear that not only are you still in Prayer's Pass, but that you are no longer among the realm of the living. Judging from the tombstones directly outside, you're now in what had been the abandoned broken-down cabin in the graveyard. The cabin's not all that changed; the world outside has gone completely grey and everything you see appears to be faded and blurry. The only things that remain sharp and in color are what's inside the cabin, including your fellow ghosts. Occasionally, people who are still alive may enter, but it's clear that what they're seeing is completely different from what you're seeing. The door's unlocked; however, a mysterious force prevents you from stepping beyond the threshold, no matter how hard you may try. After all, this cabin is a cage for the dead - a gilded one, perhaps, but a cage nonetheless.

On the flat-screen TV plays everything that is currently happening in the town. It will shut off once night starts...and something else will appear instead.

(The graveyard so far)

Then once this is over and you do start digesting things and all you've been eating for--two weeks--has been snack food, you're going to be sorry, aren't you?

[Here is some balandėliai you will be eating it right now.]
notyetlost: (lol wut)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 07:18 am (UTC)(link)
[Poland laughs.]

Oh my god is the King of the upset tummies seriously lecturing me on my diet?

[He won't say no to Lithuania's ridiculous doting though.]
vytis: (Default)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 07:22 am (UTC)(link)
When your diet is paluszki--hey! [Swatting Poland, though not hard enough to interfere with him getting a proper meal.]
notyetlost: (happy)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 07:26 am (UTC)(link)
[Ehehe hee hee~]

You're such a dork.

[HUFF.] Eat!
notyetlost: (primary)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 07:36 am (UTC)(link)
Okay okay! [Eating! Are you happy now Lithuania?]
vytis: (I don't know what hurt you)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 07:37 am (UTC)(link)
[YES. Back to gossiping about wolves.] So when did they start deviating from the list?
notyetlost: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=6968386&tag=APH%E6%BC%AB%E7%94%BB (hmmmm)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 07:51 am (UTC)(link)
Mmmm...

Well, I mean they started going after women and children right after I died. Personally I wouldn't have picked Kanaya though, I thought Ciel was more of a pain.

But officially on the list... I think it might have actually been Ukraine. Or maybe Fuwaka when they poisoned her? But Naegi had so many classmates on that stupid list we were going to have take one out eventually.

I dunno everything seems like so long ago honestly.
[Poland really didn't play much at all.]
vytis: (life's messy so I clarify it)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 07:54 am (UTC)(link)
Miss Ciel really was a problem for your side, though at least for a while the rest of the prey suspected her of being the convert. You should have gone after all three of the Mayfield group straight off, though I suppose you couldn't have realized it at the time.

[Monday morning quarterbacking...]

Ah, but really I don't think your side did so badly! We were just terrible in the beginning, if you remember.
notyetlost: (liet no)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 07:58 am (UTC)(link)
I think that's why everyone kept her around, they figured she was suspicious enough that she'd get herself lynched with a little nudge.

But then like. No one ever gave the nudge. They just kept giving up. Over and over and over.

[Lithuania you have no idea how painful watching them all roll over was for Poland. It was embarrassing.]
vytis: (I don't know what hurt you)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:00 am (UTC)(link)
You did seem to have that problem once we started hitting our stride... Did Miss Ukraine mention that she never actually checked Naegi, by the way?

[And therefore Lithuania really did just lie his way through that trial. Lithuania steals some of Poland's food.]
notyetlost: (:O)

1/2

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:00 am (UTC)(link)
I knew you were lying!
notyetlost: (shut up)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:01 am (UTC)(link)
...

Naegi.

[God damn it.]
vytis: (I don't know what hurt you)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:05 am (UTC)(link)
Miss Ukraine and I had been working together since you cleared both of us with your journal, so I just ripped all her results out--ah, did you have a problem with him?
notyetlost: (oh great)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:11 am (UTC)(link)
Worst.

Hunter.

Ever.

[You have to ask England for all the details honestly, Poland wasn't around for the majority of Naegi's stupidity. He was around for Naegi wanting to save every single Hope's Peak student though, so he knows Naegi's more of a selfish tool than even England. That's talent.]

The only useful thing he did was claim to be the convert. And even then. Just. Ugh. I can't even talk about it.
vytis: (life's messy so I clarify it)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:13 am (UTC)(link)
By then I was so paranoid I assumed he wasn't the convert just because he said he was...

[Lithuania was really paranoid by the end.]

Maybe you just had bad luck.
notyetlost: (I have a big mouth)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:17 am (UTC)(link)
Nah. Bad luck was Sayaka getting picked as the scavenger, I mean voting for Kanaya was dumb but like. Not wow Poland's obviously gonna die tonight dumb.

Naegi was just a total detriment to everything. Like a saboteur, I think England said something about him knowing about the guns and he just literally never brought it up. Kirigiri ended up telling them or something once she got converted.
vytis: (I've got a fever)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:20 am (UTC)(link)
[Lithuania thinks back.] ...Miss Maizono did arm him on night two, yes.

[Lithuania is sorry for your lot.]
notyetlost: (not my fault)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:24 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, see? Seriously, he was such a total jerk.

[Poland huffs.]

Then there were all the people who just stopped playing all together...
vytis: (Default)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:26 am (UTC)(link)
The wolves Critter set on fire, right? How many did you lose that way?
notyetlost: (lame lame lame)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:29 am (UTC)(link)
One... two...?

Yeah. I think two.

Which you know is a lot when you only start with fifteen and Critter's handing out extra clues like candy to get the rest of us shot.
[Please see Hanekoma and Robin.]
vytis: (Default)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:31 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, right, the ones Miss Kirigiri shot before she was converted?

[Lithuania pauses.]

You know, we never did figure out how that other wolf died when Miss Kirigiri was the convert. Her cover was almost perfect.
notyetlost: (not my fault)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:42 am (UTC)(link)
Oh right. That.

That was a mess apparently.

Okay so like here's how I heard it anyways. You know how everyone thought there was something mega fishy going on between America and England that whole time? Well, I guess England managed to get America to protect the werewolf the night she was converting Kirigiri, because when Ukyo uses her ability that's it. She dies.

Except America figured it out and realized that England was a wolf and then I guess broke the rules by not doing anything about it and was a total cheater cheater pumpkin eater or whatever and pissed off Critter.

Then get this. WE got punished. For AMERICA cheating.

So I guess Kirigiri shot Ukyo to placate it since she'd beat death technically and that let Kirigiri keep her cover.
vytis: (oh tell me why)

[personal profile] vytis 2013-06-11 08:46 am (UTC)(link)
...You wolves really did have a hard time of it, didn't you? [Lithuania looks sympathetic.] It seems like Miss Kirigiri did make the best out of the situation, though. It was really Miss Ada's gun that made them suspect, and then since Naegi would have covered for her and Miss Ukraine had left evidence against her anyway...
notyetlost: (i am rocking this sweater)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-06-11 08:53 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah I guess. [Poland already heard from Kirigiri about how great Kirigiri is. He's aware.]

I bet Critter couldn't stand her.
