With night's fall, the television broadcasting everything happening in town turns off; even the ghosts will have to be kept in suspense over who will be joining them come morning. A list appears on the table in front of the TV with a ballpoint pen lying next to it.

Hm. There are some question marks under a list of locations. Most likely those are the clues that can be accessed. Considering the Gallery is the only place not yet opened, I think we can be assured one clue would go to an open area.
