graveyard part 2

hunter's game the graveyard

You wake up in an unfamiliar cabin.

At first, it almost seems like you're in an entirely different place and that everything had been just a dream. The interior of the cabin looks nothing like the run-down, old-timey shacks that you had been living in before. Everything in here is sleek and modern, from the enormous flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to the fridge and mini-bars stocked with all your favorite foods. There aren't any individual rooms in here, just a common area large enough to house everyone comfortably, no matter how many more people join you...and there will be plenty more people joining you before the week is over.

Because if you look outside the window, it quickly becomes clear that not only are you still in Prayer's Pass, but that you are no longer among the realm of the living. Judging from the tombstones directly outside, you're now in what had been the abandoned broken-down cabin in the graveyard. The cabin's not all that changed; the world outside has gone completely grey and everything you see appears to be faded and blurry. The only things that remain sharp and in color are what's inside the cabin, including your fellow ghosts. Occasionally, people who are still alive may enter, but it's clear that what they're seeing is completely different from what you're seeing. The door's unlocked; however, a mysterious force prevents you from stepping beyond the threshold, no matter how hard you may try. After all, this cabin is a cage for the dead - a gilded one, perhaps, but a cage nonetheless.

On the flat-screen TV plays everything that is currently happening in the town. It will shut off once night starts...and something else will appear instead.

What, you thought I was seriously calling you smart? I only said it to try and piss Lithuania off. I was hoping he'd say something like [makes a puppet hand and says in a high-pitched voice that sounds nothing like Lithuania] 'Oh, England, you're so wrong and I'll prove it by waking the fuck up and actually getting upset that you're talking about Poland this way!' Or maybe even [high-pitched voice again] 'Oh, England, you're so right and I'm going to honor Poland's sacrifice and his ghost by waking the fuck up and doing something other than stare at shit blankly!'

In retrospect, I really should have just stuffed tact and punched him to begin with.

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-05-25 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
I'm smarter than you at least.

I could have told you Lithuania needed a punch to the face. Why do you think I sent you my hand?

You were totally baffling me with that pretending to be nice stuff. Everyone knows how much of an insensitive jerk you are.
tsunneverset: (my britannia sword is bigger than yours)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 04:45 am (UTC)(link)
I did tell him that painting was a sign that you were watching us, but he didn't believe me. Nobody ever believes me when it comes to these sorts of things. Mad, they called me. Well, who's the crazy one now?

Oh, belt up. I thought it might be nice to show some tact to someone who just lost their closest ally. Clearly I'm never making that mistake again.
notyetlost: (totally ignoring you right now)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-05-25 05:00 am (UTC)(link)
You. Definitely you.

Pssh. He could probably sense the insincerity. You don't care about either of us.
tsunneverset: (pic#6102964)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 05:12 am (UTC)(link)
How rude. I care about Lithuania. He's a tolerable enough chap when he's actually alive, and America's going to need as many allies as he can get. [because it always comes back to America...]
notyetlost: (shut up)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-05-25 05:14 am (UTC)(link)
Oh my god would you just please shut up about America for five seconds.

Why don't you just freaking marry him already? Gag me with a spoon.

[Oh wait you're dead.]

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
That's disgusting and you're disgusting and I'd rather marry [long pause as England goes through the incredibly long list of countries he hates and whether they'd be worth picking over America even just in conversation]...Portugal. Besides, it's not my fault he needs so much looking after.
notyetlost: (for real?)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-05-25 05:55 am (UTC)(link)
You totally don't even deserve Portugal, get real.

That whole ridiculous scene you caused at the trial was disgusting, are you kidding me?
tsunneverset: (pic#6058192)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 06:32 am (UTC)(link)
[He opens his mouth for a long moment as he slowly realizes that unlike the conversations in their rooms, everyone saw that.]

Oh my god.

Oh my god leave me here to die.

[ Damian just happens to be passing by when he notices the study group having something of a tiff. Dean-yow. ]

It helps him listen when you throw him against a wall. Father did it earlier today.

[ SMILE. ]

It was glorious.

[ Stupid Poland. ]

Damian.

[Please don't brag about his skills, he can brag about them just fine himself. He only chooses not to.]
therealrobin: (pic#6094943)

[personal profile] therealrobin 2013-05-25 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
But it's true, Father. I didn't know you still had it in you.
terryplz: (pic#6053307)

[personal profile] terryplz 2013-05-25 05:20 am (UTC)(link)
[He smirks.]

I can't believe you ever doubted me.

[Come on son, this is your dad. Being old as dirt won't stop him.]
therealrobin: (pic#6103808)

[personal profile] therealrobin 2013-05-26 03:31 am (UTC)(link)
[ Damian makes sure he's a safe distance away. ]

Yeah, but you probably forget how old you are, Father. You probably used pay phones and landlines. And paid for milk delivery every day.

[ Boom. ]

[personal profile] terryplz 2013-05-26 03:33 am (UTC)(link)
Your attempts at riling me up aren't amusing. I'm not going to toss people around for your amusement.
therealrobin: (not an expert)

[personal profile] therealrobin 2013-05-26 05:20 am (UTC)(link)
I'm merely taking advantage of my death to tell you how old you are, Father. As has been pointed out, what else can they do to us? Kill us again?
terryplz: (pic#6053343)

[personal profile] terryplz 2013-05-26 05:21 am (UTC)(link)
I know how old I am without your help. But being old isn't going to stop me.

[He whistles.] Bruce did? Not bad. Not that Poland's worth the effort of fighting, but still, bravo.
therealrobin: (pic#6060838)

[personal profile] therealrobin 2013-05-25 05:14 am (UTC)(link)
Poland's certainly an idiot.

Maybe if we get lucky, he'll piss off Father again.
notyetlost: (lol wut)

[personal profile] notyetlost 2013-05-25 05:15 am (UTC)(link)
Hmm?

Oh are you still like talking or whatever? I'm like totally over it now.
tsunneverset: (pic#6047229)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 05:39 am (UTC)(link)
[oh he can already tell he's going to like you]

I couldn't agree more. Let's hope he does it soon - I'd hate to give up my sight tonight only to miss such a worthwhile event.
terryplz: (pic#6047818)

[personal profile] terryplz 2013-05-25 05:53 am (UTC)(link)
Please don't encourage him.

[He's trying to be a GOOD INFLUENCE aside from being a murderer and all ok.]
tsunneverset: (pic#6046426)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-25 06:21 am (UTC)(link)
We're dead and we're trapped in a cabin with little to do except watch a bunch of innocent people try to murder each other. We may as well try lift our spirits up, no pun intended, any way we can find. [and watching Poland get thrown across the room would definitely lift England's spirits up]
terryplz: (pic#6034169)

[personal profile] terryplz 2013-05-25 07:11 am (UTC)(link)
My son was trained by assassins since he could hold a sword and he can't even legally drive yet. Please don't tempt him to show off that training.

[Throwing Poland across the room was fun, but he isn't going to do it again unless he has to.]
tsunneverset: (my britannia sword is bigger than yours)

[personal profile] tsunneverset 2013-05-26 04:00 am (UTC)(link)
[He brightens up.]

Ah, a young swordsman! Brilliant! There aren't many children these days who appreciate tradition. Too many guns and pipe bombs and rubbish like that. Personally, I blame America and his gaudy violent movies. It used to be that every ten year old of noble birth could wield a blade properly.
